Dear father of Pam Harrington (husband Michael), Orillia; Jane Smith (husband John Young), Pembroke; Andrew Smith (wife Stephanie Leishman), Kanata; Colleen Smith-Hughes (husband Robin), Orillia; and Johnston Smith, Pembroke. Poppa to Katie and Dan; Caleb, Emma, Liam and Aidan; Abby and Olivia. Son of the late Johnston and Myrtle Smith (nee Leech). Brother of Ron Smith (wife Jean), Pembroke. Predeceased by brother Gordon K. Smith (wife Marinea), Deep River; and sister Stella Bean (husband late Frank), Capreol. Resting at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, l4l Renfrew Street, Pembroke on Wednesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Service in St. John's Lutheran Church, Pembroke on Thursday at 11 a.m. Interment in St. John's Lutheran Cemetery.
