W. L. Fraser Hudson

Hudson, Fraser; Peacefully at the Ottawa Civic Hospital on Sunday October 28th, 2018. William Leonard Fraser Hudson of Ottawa in his 90th year. Beloved husband of the late Joyce Isabel (Gough) Hudson. Beloved father of Janice Elizabeth Hudson of Ottawa and predeceased by infant daughter Margaret Jane Hudson. Cherished grandfather “Dada” of Jennifer Ellen Smuck of Ottawa. Father-in-law of Alan David Smuck of Ottawa. Fraser will be sadly missed by his extended family and by his dear friends Robert Allum and Charles McDougall. Fraser was also loved by his “four legged family”. A private family graveside service was held at Calvin United Cemetery, Pembroke on Thursday November 1st. A service of remembrance will be celebrated at St. Luke’s Anglican Church 760 Somerset Street West, Ottawa on Thursday November 8th at 11:00a.m. A reception will follow. Memorial donations to St. Luke’s Anglican Church, Heart & Stroke Foundation or to the Kidney Foundation would be appreciated by Fraser’s family.
