CHALMERS, Tracy Lynn Passed away at Pembroke Regional Hospital on Monday, October 17th, 2016 at the age of 41 years. Dearly loved companion of Shawn Richard. Daughter of Arline (Don) Peever and the late John Chalmers. Sister of Lisa (Cory) Johnstone, Donna Dunphy, Julie Rubia and Alex Chalmers. Loving aunt to Jade Johnstone and Darrin Chalmers. Sadly missed by her extended family and friends. Respecting Tracy's wishes, cremation has taken place. A service celebrating Tracy's life will be held at a later date. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
