The family wishes to extend heartfelt thanks to his nurse practitioner, Pamela, for her outstanding care and support. Marion and Connie who have been very helpful throughout his journey, Bayshore nurse Erin Van Hoof; Reverend Matthew Brown for his meaningful visits and prayers, and the incredible staff at Marianhill Hospice, whose compassion and dedication ensured Terry's comfort during his final weeks.
