Shirley Lubitz

Lubitz, Shirley- passed away peacefully at Marianhill, Pembroke on Sunday, April 12, 2020 in her 89th year.

Shirley Lubitz (nee Panke), wife of the late Frederick Lubitz.  Mother of Judy Nieman (Dennis), Cobden; Joan Nieman (David), Dalkeith; Kevin Lubitz (Leona), Pembroke; Michael Lubitz (Debbie), Pembroke; and predeceased by daughter Laura Biggs (David), Pembroke.  Beloved grandma to Penny, Paula & Jason; Jennifer, Janice, Derek & Dwight; Nicholas, Matthew & Kelsey; and Amanda, Justin and Kyle and to 20 great-grandchildren.  Daughter of the late Herbert and Martha Panke (nee Weinholdt). Sister of the late Roy Panke.  Survived by sisters-in-law Helen Weisenberg (late Lorne) and Eileen Lubitz (late Hilton).

Service celebrating Shirley's life will be held at St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Alice, on Saturday, August 13, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. Funeral Luncheon in the church basement following the service.
