Sharron Ogilvie

Ogilvie, Sharron C. – passed away peacefully at her home on Monday, March 30, 2020 in her 79th year.

Sharron Ogilvie (nee Hawley) of Pembroke, wife of the late Walter “Mac” Ogilvie (1998).  Mother of Sandra Turcotte, Wally Ogilvie (Lehann) and Michael Ogilvie (Debbie).  Grandmother of Patrick (Melissa), Ryan & Tarah (Bradley); Geoffrey; and Matthew & Rebecca (Mike).  Great-grandmother to 6 great-grandchildren.  Daughter of the late Arthur and Hellen Hawley (nee Brown).  Loving friend, longtime companion and dance partner of Keith Curry.  Predeceased by 1 sister and 4 brothers.  Sharron will be lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews and friends.

A private family graveside service will be held at Pinecrest Cemetery, Ottawa with a Celebration of Life to be held at a later date.  Arrangements entrusted to the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, Pembroke.  As an expression of sympathy, donations to The Ottawa Hospital Irving Greenberg Family Cancer Centre would be appreciated.  Online donations/condolences are available at www.mdbfuneralhome.com.
