Scott McDermott

McDERMOTT, Scott – passed away at his home on Sunday, July 19, 2020 at the age of 57 years.

Scott McDermott of Ottawa, beloved son of Barbara & Charles Caughell and dear brother of Kim Labelle (Mike) & Lorraine Daoust (Marcel), all of Pembroke.  Father of Brian & Alicia, and grandfather of several grandchildren.  Cherished uncle to Taylor, Mackenzie, Dania, Zoé, Aby, Rosey, Brielle & Nicholas; and great-uncle to Autumn, Haesel & Bethany.  Also survived by uncle George (late Julie) & aunt Dinah (late Paul) McDermott; as well as his cousins, extended family and close friends.

Respecting Scott’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family graveside service will be held at St. John's Lutheran Cemetery, Pembroke.  Arrangements entrusted to Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, Pembroke.  (As an expression of sympathy, donations to Soldier On would be appreciated.)  Online condolences and donations are available at www.mdbfuneralhome.com.
