MAY, SADIE Passed away peacefully in the Renfrew Victoria Hospital on Tuesday, May 23rd, 2006 at the age of 85 years. Sadie May (nee Baird) of RR#5 Renfrew, wife of the late Alex May. Dear mother of Alexandria McEwan (husband Ken), Kingston; and Bert May (wife Mary), Renfrew. Predeceased by son Timothy May. Daughter of the late Herbert & Mary Baird (nee Eady). Sister of John Baird (wife Dorothy), Round Lake; Sidney Baird (wife late Edna), Nova Scotia. Predeceased by brother Kenneth Baird and sister Eunice Baird. Sister-in-law to Jean Baird, Pembroke; and Eleanor Burbidge, Hamilton. Grandmother to Victoria Garrett (husband Spencer), Kingston; Karen Fiedler (husband Kay) , Pembroke; Chris May, Ottawa; Suzanne May, Renfrew; and Kirk May, Renfrew. Predeceased by grandson Randy May. Great-grandmother to Nicole, Samantha, Joel, Matthew and Jonathon. Predeceased by great -grandson Timothy. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Sadie's family wishes to thank Dr. John Matosh, nurses and staff of the Renfrew Victoria Hospital for their excellent care and a special thanks to Dr. John Collins and his wife Allison for their care and friendship to our mother. Resting at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, l4l Renfrew Street, Pembroke on Friday May 26th from 1 to 3 p.m. Service in the Chapel on Friday at 3 p.m. Interment in First Baptist Cemetery, Pembroke.
