CHASE, Royce Edwin - passed away surrounded by his family at the Pembroke Regional Hospital, on Wednesday, August 3, 2022, joining his Lord in Heaven in his 79th year.

Royce Chase of Pembroke, beloved husband of 55 years to Donna Chase. Loving father of Sean Chase, Kathryn Paquette (late Louis) & Karen Cummings (Patrick). Loved, cherished and admired by his grandchildren Lucas Colling (Shayla), Adam, Emily & Meagan Paquette and Gabriel Cummings. Dear brother to Barry (Diane), Bruce (Patricia), and Ronald. Son of the late Gerald and Dorothy Chase, of Windsor, N.S. Adored by many nieces and nephews.

Royce was a dedicated and respected teacher for 34 years with the CFB Petawawa School Board and Renfrew County Public School Board. He was an avid golfer and curler, who enjoyed the many friendships he made. He loved his family deeply.

Respecting Royce’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Memorial visitation will be held at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Thursday, August 11 from 2:00 to 4:00 & 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Memorial Service on Friday, August 12 at St. Luke’s Anglican Church, 307 Julien St., at 11:00 a.m. Interment in Laurentian View Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, donations to St. Luke's Anglican Church appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, Pembroke.
