Robert "Bobby" Gwinnett Willson

Willson, Robert Gwinnett – passed away peacefully at the Pembroke Regional Hospital on Friday, February 3, 2023 at the age of 66 years.  

Robert ”Bobby” Willson of Petawawa, son of the late William and Kathleen Willson (nee Moore).  Lovingly remembered by devoted sister Patricia “Pat” Nachreiner, Washington. Robert was a joyous part of the Community Living Family for many years and will be missed by support workers and other member’s of Community Living.  Robert saw the world from the lens of a youth and with that, was able to find joy in the little things life had to offer. Robert is remembered as a big-hearted kind man who loved to make people laugh. He could often be found snacking on his favourite cheesies and diet pepsi whenever the opportunity arose. Later in his life, a passion of horses evolved and was evident in his bedroom décor in his home within Community Living.

Friends are invited to share their memories of Robert with his family during memorial visitation at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Friday, February 10, 2023 from 9:30-11:00 a.m.  In lieu of flowers, donations to Community Living Upper Ottawa Valley.
