MANION, Rita C. In Marianhill, Pembroke on Monday, November 7th, 2005 at the age of 87 years. Rita Manion (nee Hogan), wife of the late Seldon E. Manion. Dearly loved mother of Douglas Manion, Ottawa, Gail Manion (Jim Peters), Bancroft, Mary-Lou Flood (husband John), Peterborough; and Pat Nieman (husband Tom), Petawawa. Also survived by 18 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by grandson Marty Hisko. Daughter of the late Leo & Emily Hogan. Sister of Douglas Hogan (wife Minerva), Sudbury; and Dorcas Kobus (husband Austin), Hamilton. Predeceased by sisters Myrtle Price, Edith McDougal & Audrey McCullough. Cremation has taken place. Memorial Visitation will be held in the Marianhill Chapel on Wednesday from 2 to 3 p.m.; and at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew Street, Pembroke on Wednesday from 6 to 7 p.m. Prayers of Funeral Liturgy will be held in the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Chapel on Wednesday at 7 p.m. Interment in Wesley United Cemetery.
