Ricky McCulloch

Ricky Vaughn McCulloch of Petawawa, originally of Nova Scotia, passed away on Saturday, November 29, 2025 at the age of 68 years. 

Ricky was a cook with the Royal Canadian Navy for over 20+ years, retiring as a Master Seaman, he ventured wherever his duty took him. Father of the late Cheryl Marratt and Randal McCulloch. Grandpa to Nathan, Austin, Phillip, Jasper & Nikolye; and Cohen & Benjamin, as well as a great-grandfather. Sister of Audrey Milne, Linda White, Jackie McCulloch, and Marsha Benoit. Predeceased by parents Ormal “Marsden” & Marcella McCulloch (nee White), and sister Lona MacDonnell. Ricky will be missed by his son, grandkids, siblings, nieces, and nephews, but most of all, he will be missed by his backyard wildlife, who he affectionately referred to as his “other kids”, they were maybe even his favorites.

Ricky’s cremated remains will be laid to rest with family in Nova Scotia at a later date. In memory of Ricky, honoring his dedication to his backyard wildlife, take a moment to feed and admire the squirls and chipmunks in your own backyard.
