DESJARDINS, Reuben James Suddenly at home, surrounded by his family on Wednesday, January 4, 2006 at the age of 79 years. Reuben Desjardins of R. R. # 1, Beachburg, dearly loved husband of Noreen Desjardins (nee Conroy). Devoted father to Doug, Patti, Trudy, and Edward. Sorely missed by Tom Wiwcharuk and Laura Donahue. Predeceased by his parents Florence and Douglas Desjardins and family Esther and Willard McMullen, Alice and Hugh Desjardins, Bertha McMullen, Clayton Desjardins, Dolly and Stanley McMullen, Robert Bromley, Bert Timm, Harold Timm, Willard White, Edison Conroy and Bill McLeod. Survived by Norris McMullen, Nellie Bromley, Jean Timm, Evie Timm, Clinton and Marilyn Desjardins, Emma Desjardins, Isabel White, June McLeod, Peter and Phyllis Meloche, Daryl and Iris McLaren, Annette Conroy and numerous nieces and nephews. Resting at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, l4l Renfrew Street, Pembroke on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.; and Saturday from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. in St. Mary's Anglican Church, Westmeath. Service in St Andrew's United Church, Westmeath on Saturday at 2 p.m. Interment in the Westmeath Union Cemetery.
