Patti Bucholtz

Bucholtz, Patti - passed away at the Ottawa General Hospital on Sunday, August 11, 2019 at the age of 50 years.

Patti Bucholtz of Pembroke, cherished daughter of Ron Bucholtz (Adele) and the late Marlyn Cadeau (nee Hubert).  Beloved sister of Tammy Mellon (Donald), Pembroke & Mandy Plante (Paul), Morrisburg; and dear aunt to Jesse & Jodie Biesenthal; Michael, Natasha & Jonathon Mellon; and Alyssa Plante.  Survived by aunts & uncles: Marion & Richard Hubert; Joan & Garnet Hubert; Roy Hubert, Ann Hubert, Doris Siegel & Marion Hammel; as well as by many cousins, extended family & her long time pet, Bella. Thank you to Patti’s PSW’s, nurses and the Renfrew Nephrology Department.  A sincere thank you to Dr. Baxter for all the years of complex care and special consideration he gave.

Respecting Patti's wishes, cremation has taken place.  A Graveside Memorial Service will be held at Zion Lutheran Cemetery, 652 Boundary Rd.
