Dear mother of Brian Smith (Fiancé Candace Rose). Predeceased by infant son Richard. Daughter of the late Harvey and Esther Picard (nee Sullivan). Sister of Priscilla Raglin (husband Keith), Pembroke. Resting at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, l4l Renfrew Street, Pembroke on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.; and after 9:30 a.m. Thursday.
