Norine Coughlin

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Norine Theresa Coughlin on Friday, April 17, 2026 in her 66th year. 

Norine passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving husband, Rodney Schoenfeldt, and family, following her courageous battle with liver disease. Norine was a devoted mother to Pam (Blair Coreau) and Josh McMillan (Nicole), and a cherished grandmother to Lily, Lacey, and Meadow, who brought her immense joy. She is lovingly remembered by her sister, Elizabeth (William Ashe). She will be sadly missed by her sisters-in-law, step-children, and friends. Norine was predeceased by her parents Paul Coughlin & Marion (nee Hiderman) as well as her brother Edwin.

Cremation has taken place, and in keeping with Norine’s wishes, no funeral service will be held. The family sincerely appreciates your thoughts and support during this difficult time. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Liver Foundation are appreciated.
