Michael 'Mick' Kennedy

Passed away suddenly, yet peacefully with his sons by his side on Saturday, September 7, 2024 at the age of 65 years.

Mick Kennedy of Bells Corners, formerly of Pembroke, left to mourn are his sons Adam Kennedy (Crystal), Kanata and Ian Kennedy (Gianna), Halifax, Nova Scotia. Son of the late Robert and Drusilla Kennedy (nee Broome). Brother of Susan Timm (Glenn) and Tom Kennedy (Donna), both of Pembroke. Mick was an accomplished Mechanical Engineer for over 30 years, many of which were spent employed at General Dynamics Canada. There he made many personal and professional connections that would last his lifetime. Mick had a big love of the outdoors and enjoyed many wilderness adventures with his friends and family. A true craftsman, he had a great talent for woodworking. Creating beautiful custom furniture and structures throughout his life.

Friends and family will be received on Saturday, November 2, 2024 from 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. for condolences, with words of remembrances at 2 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall of First Presbyterian Church, 257 Pembroke St W, Pembroke, ON.  Private family interment will take place.
