Marion Jackson

Jackson, Marion Arlene – passed away at Madawaska Valley Hospice, Barry’s Bay, on Sunday, July 18, 2021 in her 96th year.

Marion Jackson (nee Radtke) of Pembroke, wife of the late Floyd Jackson, and by first marriage the late Wilborn “Mike” Wagner.  Dear mother of Arlene Wiegel (Alvin), Trenton; Garnet Wagner (Carol), Kitchener; Douglas Wagner (Karen), Barry’s Bay; Gail Wagner, Waterloo; and Darwin “Tex” Wagner (Cynthia), Petawawa.  Cherished grandmother of Amy Deroche; Cindy Wagner (Francis); Todd Wagner; Barry & Jeffrey Wagner; and Elisa & Cameron Fitzpatrick; as well as great-grandmother of Devin, Aily & Takoda.  Step-mother of Randy Jackson (Heather), Kingston; and Ricky Jackson (Ann), Pembroke; and their families.  Daughter of the late Paul & Augusta Radtke (nee Kathen) and sister of Phyllis Schwantz (late Elmer), Petawawa; Sylvia Giroux (Emile), Pembroke; and Mona Fraser (Ron), Ottawa.  Predeceased by brother Earl Radtke & sister Vera Radtke.  Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Thursday, July 22, 2021 from 2 to 4:00 and 7 to 9:00 p.m.  A Funeral Service will be held at St. John’s Lutheran Church, Petawawa on Friday, July 23 at 11:00 a.m.  Interment in St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery, Petawawa.  (As an expression of sympathy, donations to St. John’s Lutheran Church, Petawawa; or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated.)  Online condolences and donations are available at www.mdbfuneralhome.com
