SCHELL, Linda – passed away peacefully with loving family by her side at the Ottawa General Hospital on Friday, November 22, 2019 in her 70th year.

Linda Schell (nee Luckasavitch) of Pembroke, mother of Terra Luckasavitch-Lavoie (Michel) Nana of Jeremi (Bianca), Justin & Ashely and great-nana of Sofia & Mila.  Daughter of the late Alexander (late Helen) and the late Gertrude (nee Dargus).  Sister of Alan Luckasavitch (Suzanne), Sandra Guyea (Brian), Connie Fairman (Tom), Debbie Dunn (late Gerry) and Larry Luckasavitch (Connie). Predeceased by sister Lillian Shortt (late Roy).  Very special aunt to many nieces & nephews and great-nieces & nephews.

Linda was inspired by her Grandma Hannah Dargus, for a love and passion of cooking and baking. Linda was famous to her loved ones for her perogies, cabbage rolls, peanut butter cookies and apple pies. Linda’s loving, compassionate spirit will be greatly missed.

Respecting Linda’s wishes, cremation has taken place.  A Memorial Service will be held in the chapel of the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Saturday, November 30, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. Spring Interment of ashes in St. Martin of Tours Cemetery, Whitney.  As an expression of sympathy, donations to The War Amps or the Ottawa General Hospital would be appreciated.  Online donations/condolences are available at www.mdbfuneralhome.com.
