KENNETH LLOYD SEIGEL

Went to be with his Lord and Savior on October 25th, 2017 in his 86th year.

Dearly loved husband, business partner and best friend of Lois (Holtz) for 57 years. Dearly loved and respected father of Charles (Judy), Peter (Debbie), Douglas (Denise), and Nancy (fiancé Perry). Grandfather of Mark Anderson (Alicia) Halifax, Christopher and Joel Seigel, Jonathan and Nicholas Gutz.  Great grandfather of Claire and Norah Anderson, and Colby Seigel-Kiteley.  Son of the late Esther (Markus) Seigel and Wesley Seigel.  Brother of Verla Holtz (late Welden), Brother-in-law of  Glen Holtz (Joyce) of Luskville, QC, Ann Hamilton (late Reg), Dale Woermke (Ron), Beth Loback (Myron), and the late Billy Holtz.  Also survived by many nieces and nephews, faithful employees and business associates.

He was the founder of Ken Seigel Home Improvements, which became K & L Seigel Enterprises (also known as Ken Seigel & Sons Construction).

Special thanks to Pastors William McDowell, Richard Agnew, Paul DeGraaf, and Eric Strachan for their ministry to the family, as well as to the doctors and nurses of 3rd floor medical at Pembroke Regional Hospital, for their tender and loving care of Ken during his times of hospitalization.

Visitation will take place at Malcolm, Deavitt and Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew Street,  Pembroke, Ontario on Sunday, October 29th, 2017 from 2 – 4 pm and from 7 – 9 pm, and on Monday October 30th, 2017 from 2 – 4 pm.  Funeral service will take place Monday evening at 7 pm at Calvary Baptist Church,  567  Melton Street in Pembroke.  Interment at Laurentian View Cemetery Tuesday, October 31st, 2017 at 1 pm.  For those desiring, donations to Mission of Mercy or Samaritans Purse would be appreciated.
