Ken Fink

Fink, Kenneth (Ken) It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Ken Fink of Beachburg, on Thursday January 19th, 2017 at the Ottawa General Hospital. He will be deeply mourned by his life long partner David Miles, his sister Marilyn (Doug) McLeod of Elliott Lake, his two nephews Jeffrey, Mark and families. Ken was a dedicated teacher for many years in Renfrew County, Past President of the Ontario Horticultural Association, Master Gardener, a Top Floral Judge and a recipient of the Silver Fir Award for his outstanding contributions to the OHA. He will be sadly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. Respecting Ken's wishes cremation has taken place. The family will receive friends at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St. Pembroke, Ontario, on Thursday, January 26th from 10:00-11:00a.m. followed by a Memorial service in the Chapel at 11:00a.m. As an expression of sympathy donations may be made to St. Andrew's United Church Beachburg Lift Fund.
