JOHANNESSEN, John "J.J." CD. (Sgt. Royal Canadian Dragoons) Passed away on Tuesday, September 6th, 2005 in his 42nd year. John Johannessen of RR#3 Cobden beloved husband of Genny Johannessen (nee Wallace). Son of Arthur Johannessen and Ruby Antrobus of British Columbia. Son-in-law of Susan Wallace and Harold Wallace, both of Pembroke. Dear brother of Chris (Pearl); William (Sharon); Raymond; Scott (Carrie); Lawrence "Larry" (Laurie); David; Peter (Karen), Lorraine Reagan (Mike), all of British Columbia and Karen Slukavitch (Rick) of Alberta. Brother-in-law of Tyler Wallace (Michelle), Fort Coulonge, PQ; Terry and Ronald Wallace, both at home. Also survived by his numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, & cousins. He will be sadly missed by his special friends Kai-ling, Spook, Patches, Shadow and Houdini. Resting at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Monday from 1 until 3:00 p.m. and 7 until 9:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in St. John's Lutheran Church, Pembroke on Tuesday, September 13th, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. Interment in St. John's Lutheran Cemetery.
