Jane Levoy

Passed away suddenly, yet peacefully, on Monday, October 6, 2025 at the age of 77 years.

Jane Levoy (nee Robinson) of Pembroke, wife of Roger Levoy. Mother of Allan Levoy (Stacey) and Aimee Garcia (Paulo). Nannie to Timmy & Charlie Levoy and Kaylee & Marcus Garcia. Daughter of the late Gerald "Alton" and the late Virgina "Ginnie" Robinson (nee Wright). Sister of the late Gerald Robinson (late Joan Puppi), Susan Baltgailis (late Mike Leger) and John Robinson (Karen Styles). Daughter-in-law of the late Bernice and the late Allan Levoy (late Ivy). Lovingly remembered by sister-in-law Wendy Sernoskie (Jerry) and their sons Adam (Selena) & Andrew (Lynne).

Over 55 years ago, Jane met Roger—the love of her life—and moved to Pembroke, where she warmly embraced a new home, family, and community. She was a nurse, a teacher, a devoted volunteer, and a loving mother who found joy in hosting dinners, reading, shopping, and playing games—especially cards and bingo.

Jane was kind, generous, and full of love. She lived life on her own terms, and had an unwavering sense of self. She loved her family deeply and was deeply loved in return. Her presence will be missed every single day, and she will be remembered always by those who knew her best.

The family will receive visitors at Calvin United Church, 276 Church St., Pembroke on Saturday, October 18, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. until time of the Memorial Service at 11:00 a.m. The Celebration of Life will continue in the church hall. As an expression of sympathy, donations to Festival Hall or Calvin United Church would be appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, Pembroke.
