WINTON, James "Jim" (Member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 72) - passed away at the Pembroke Regional Hospital on Wednesday, March 23, 2016 in his 91st year. Jim Winton of Pembroke, husband of the late Margaret Winton (nee Murchie). Father of Joan Perrin (Brad), London and Judi Moffatt, Pembroke. Grandfather of Chad Perrin (Kelly) & Amy Ogg (Scott); and Kelsy & Jarid Moffatt. Great-grandfather of Maguire Ogg; and Logan & Lainy Perrin. Brother of Bill Winton, NB. Predeceased by brothers Graham, Donald and Evan. Respecting Jim's wishes, cremation has taken place. A gathering to honour Jim's life will be held at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Tuesday, March 29, 2016 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Spring interment of ashes in Wesley United Cemetery.
