James "Jim" Mau

Passed away peacefully in his sleep at Bonnechere Manor in Renfrew on Saturday, February 14, 2026 at the age of 77 years.

James "Jim" Aldred Mau of Pembroke, son of the late Frieda & Alfred Mau (nee Biesenthal). Brother of Nancy (predeceased), Harvey Mau (late Jane), and Donald Mau (Glenn). Missed by his nieces Debbie Fredericks, Pembroke & Lisa Fredericks, Saskatchewan and great-nieces and great-nephews. Fondly remembered by many cousins on the Mau, Remus and Biesenthal side.

Special thank-you to the wonderful staff at the Bonnechere Manor who gave him as much love and joy as he gave to them.

A graveside service will take place in the spring in St. John's Lutheran Cemetery, Pembroke. As an expression of sympathy, donations to Bonnechere Manor or St. John's Lutheran Church appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, Pembroke.
