Ila Purcell

PURCELL, Ila – passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, September 12, 2021 at the age of 87 years.

Ila Purcell (nee Neumann) of Pembroke, beloved wife of the late James “Jim” Purcell. Dear mother of Tanya (late Rick) Limoges, Tyson (Diane) Purcell & Troy (Jo-Ann) Purcell, all of Pembroke. Cherished Nan to Kristen Purcell, Jodie (Brad) Lafave, Kaitlin (Brad) Switzer & Hannah Purcell. Predeceased by her parents Edward & Bernadette Neumann (nee Gros-Louis) and by brother Roy (Marion) Neumann. Will be missed by many nieces, nephews and good friends.

Respecting Ila’s wishes, cremation has taken place.  A private memorial service will be held at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home Chapel, followed by interment of ashes at Zion Lutheran Cemetery.
