It it with deep sadness and absolute joy that we announce that on Sunday September 25, 2022, Gladys went to sleep at the Four Seasons Lodge and woke up in the arms of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in her 92nd year.
Born October 26, 1930 in Osceola, Glad was a devoted and faithful servant of our Lord Jesus Christ. She was a mother who loved with Gods Agape love to Maryjane Carrie Ayres (Ray), Cyndy Coughlan (Don) and Glenn Fiebig (Katherine). Predeceased by her loving daughter Catherine McGlashing (Gene). The most amazing Nan who cared and loved like a mom to Josie Pynn ( Gary) and Sherean McGlashing. Grandmother to Dana Hudson (Troy) and Lindsey Fiebig (Greg). Fantastical Grammie to Elyya Fiebig, most devoted Grandma of Jonah Kranz, most amazing Grammie to Makaiia Kranz (Brandon). Great grandmother to 11 Great Grandchildren; Colton McGlashing (Tara), Ayden Pynn, Bryce Pynn, Kaitlin Lively (Kyle), Kris Lively (Lindsay), Julian Hudson, Amelia Hudson, Daniel McGlashing, Keara McGlashing, Avery Fiebig-Dorey and Samuel Fiebig-Dorey. Much loved GREAT GREAT grandmother to 20 beautiful children; Nikki, Destynee, Rylee, Landyn, Stella, Soffia, Carson, Aria, Brook , Raya-Quin, Jasper, Jace, Jaxx, Wyatt, Misty, Heartly, Stiles, Lexii, Blair, and Quinn . Predeceased by her loving parents Daniel Blaedow and Mary Jane ( nee Radke). Sister to 13 siblings; Genny Mulligan, Donnie Blaedow, and Earl Blaedow. Predeceased by siblings Ann Fraser, Stanley Blaedow, Edna Briscoe, Esther Sylvestre, Danny Blaedow , Eleanor Robinson , Elmer Blaedow, Harold Blaedow, Llyod Blaedow and Virginia Gauthier . Aunt Gladie was loved by so many nieces and nephews who will miss her greatly. Any friends who knew Glad will feel the great loss of a beautiful woman .
Gladys was a teacher, cook, waitress, psw and caregiver to so many during her lifetime. She had a kind and extremely generous heart to everyone she met. She loved each and every person with her whole heart. She raised her own children plus many of her grandchildren and great grandchildren along with any child she could pour love into. She had an amazing sense of humor could always make anyone laugh and was known for having no filter in what she would say, and we loved her for it.
