Gertrude S. Fryc

FRYC, Gertrude - passed away suddenly at the Pembroke Regional Hospital on Tuesday, November 14th 2023, in her 79th year.

Gertrude Sharon Fryc (nee Anderson) of Pembroke, beloved wife of 59 years to Jerry Fryc. Loving mother of Sharon Ruddy (Peter) and Jerry Fryc (Germaine), both of Pembroke. Dear Granny to Amanda (Albert Tremblay) and Nicole (Mark McMahon) and Jacob Fryc. Devoted Great Granny to Trinity, Abigail, Ainsley, Bentley, Millie and Graycie. Daughter in law of Elizabeth Fryc (late Kazimierz)  of Caledon, On. Survived by sisters, Linda Burris (Reg) NS & Eleanor Harten (BC). Sister-in-law of Adam and Cathy Fryc (NS) and Eva and Jack Britton (Caledon, ON). Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her Parents  Laura & Claude Anderson (nee Beaulne), brothers Robert, Donald, Ira, Clayton, Jack, Mancel, Manford, David, Wayne and Bruce and sisters  Shirley Therrien, and Marilyn Tessier.

Respecting Gertrude's wishes, cremation has taken place and arrangements are private. Arrangements entrusted to Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, Pembroke.
