George Findlay Anderson passed away peacefully at the Pembroke Regional Hospital on Thursday, September 24, 2026 in his 80th year.
George Anderson of Pembroke, beloved husband of the late Jackie Anderson (nee Vosbourgh). Son of the late William & Lucy Anderson (nee Whyte). Predeceased by his siblings: Goldie Godin (late Ernest), William "Bill" Anderson (late Myrna), Helen Martin (late Donald), Betty Rose (late Keith), Sydney Anderson (late Dianne) & Ralph Anderson. Survived and missed by his step-children Cary (Sonya) Lauzon, Clint (Shirley) Degarie, Randy (Tina) Lauzon & late Tim Lauzon and many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews as well as cousins.
George will be laid to rest next to his wife Jackie in First Baptist Cemetery, Pembroke. In lieu of flowers, donations to First Baptist Church or Canadian Cancer Society are appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, Pembroke.
