Son of Carol Beck (Charles), Wainfleet; and the late Charles Palmer. Brother of Steve Cogill (Sonia), Niagara Falls; and Jeff Palmer (Cheryl), Florida. Resting at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew Street, Pembroke on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Service in St. Francis of Assisi Chapel, CFB Petawawa on Wednesday, June 29, 2011 at 11 a.m. followed by cremation.
