WAY, Fred Born August 30, 1922 in Shawville, Quebec, passed away suddenly at his home in Pembroke on Saturday, November 20th, 2004 in his 83rd year. Fred Way of Pembroke and formerly of Ottawa beloved husband of 55 years to Leah Way (nee Giroux). Dearly loved father of Loreen Martin (Larry), Lively; Donna Felske, Pembroke; Judy-Ann Clayton, London; Frederick Samuel Jr (Cathy), Sudbury; and Victoria Foster (Gary), Burford. "Poppa Freddie" will be sadly missed by grandchildren Lori Ann & Karen; Michael, Matthew & Katherine; Timothy, Leah & Sarah; Patrick, Samantha, & Natalie; Stephanie Wrae; and great-grandchildren Kyenne & Indica. Brother to George Way (Sharon), Carleton Place; Donald Way (Effie), Carleton Place and John Way (Ina), Calgary, ALTA. Predeceased by sisters Dorothy & Huberta and brothers Patrick & Percy. Survived by brother-in-law Ronald Helman, Haley Station and sisters-in-law Ann Way and Loreena Way, both of Ottawa. By request there will be no visitation or service. Interment of ashes in the Maple Grove Cemetery, Shawville, P.Q.
