Eva Jessup

JESSUP, Eva Selma – passed suddenly and unexpectedly at the Ottawa Heart Institute on Sunday, September 21, 2025 at the age of 90 years.

Eva Jessup (nee Brodofske) of Pembroke, beloved wife of the late Delbert Jessup. Dear mother of Sharon Morneault; Glen Jessup (Susan); Judy Kargus; and Eldon Jessup (Elaine), all of Pembroke. Grandma Nene to Terri & Tanya; Brigit, Jenna & Jaime; the late Shannon & Mandy; Shawn, Joshua & David and 17 great-grandchildren. Daughter of the late William and Annie Brodofske (nee Linkie). Survived by brother Martin Brodofske. Predeceased by siblings Ferdinand Brodofske (late Lillian), Edna Gogolin (late Ellard), Christie Brodofske (late Adrienne). Eva will be sadly missed by several nieces, nephews, friends and by her beloved cats, especially her Bestest Boy, Mitzsy.

Visitation will be held at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Friday, September 26, 2025 from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. and at the Pembroke Pentecostal Tabernacle on Saturday, September 27, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. – 9:45 a.m. Funeral Service to follow at 10:00 a.m. with interment in Pembroke Pentecostal Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to Whiskers & Alley Cats or Ottawa Heart Institute would be appreciated.
