DUCHROW, Ethel Dorothy Passed away in the Pembroke Regional Hospital on Tuesday, August 31, 2010 at the age of 89 years. Ethel Duchrow (nee Hammel) of RR#6 Pembroke, beloved wife of the the late Charles Duchrow. Dearly loved mother of Harold Duchrow (Mary Dament), Pembroke and Granny to several grandchildren & great-grandchildren. Predeceased by parents Herman & Ida Hammel (nee Sack) and her brothers Harold (Margaret); Erhardt (Jeanetta); Walter (Mary); Alfred (Nettie); Lloyd (June); Victor; Edgar (Lise) and her sisters Wilhelmina Born (Ewald); Ruth Wagner (Ellard); and Joyce Hammel. Survived by many nieces & nephews. Resting at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Thursday 2-4 &7-9 p.m. Funeral in St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Alice on Friday at 2:00 p.m. Interment in the Parish Cemetery.
