GRIFE, Eleanor Jannette Passed away peacefully at Marianhill, Pembroke, on Sunday, November 9, 2008, in her 82nd year. Eleanor Grife (nee Biederman) of Pembroke, mother of Sharon Biesenthal (Marvin), Pembroke; David Grife (Gale), Kingston; Heather Gagne (Dan), Ottawa; and Peter Grife (Gwen), Ottawa. Grandmother of Julie Johnstone (Jim), Kelly Kellough (Trevor), Michael Grife (Leslie), Shannon Gagne (Bonnie), Kayley Gagne & Justin Grife. Great-grandmother of Christopher & Michael Johnstone, and Hayden Gagne. Sister of Betty Gareau (Bob) & Bert Biederman (Dorothy), both of Pembroke. Daughter of the late Herbert and Flora Biederman (nee Wolfgram). Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Visitation at the MALCOLM, DEAVITT & BINHAMMER FUNERAL HOME, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke, on Tuesday from 7 to 9:00 p.m., and on Wednesday after 9:30 a.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Wednesday, November 12, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. Interment in St. John's Lutheran Cemetery, Pembroke.
