Eleanor Davis

Eleanor Davis (nee Michel) was born on the Michel Homestead in Petawawa, moved to several cities throughout her life before spending her final years close to her daughter in Ottawa. Eleanor is the wife of the late Reginald Davis, beloved mother of Kathryn Davis (Jeff Bass), sister of Eileen Barron (Murray), the late Bob Michel (late Jean), and the late Bert Michel (Marilyn) and dear aunt to Rob Michel, Todd Michel, Heather Michel, Valerie Redden, Cheryl McMeekin (Rob), Mark Michel (Connie), Nancy Barron (Brent Bursey), Cindy Loehr (Dave), Tena Melfi (Dave), Janice Pancham (Sheldon), Melodie Cox (Carman) & their families. Predeceased by her parents Albert & Tena Michel (nee Druve).

The family wishes to express their tremendous gratitude to the staff at the Queens Unit of Grace Manor for their compassionate and loving care.

Visitation will be held at Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Friday, September 12, 2025 from 6:00-8:30 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held at St. John’s Lutheran Church, Petawawa on Saturday, September 13, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. The service will be available virtually after 1:00 p.m. Saturday. Interment in St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, donations to The Salvation Army, Ottawa Grace Manor would be appreciated.
