Edna Hoffman

Hoffman, Edna Dale – peacefully in Marianhill, Pembroke on Saturday, November 7, 2020 at the age of 92 years.

Edna Hoffman (nee Scheuneman) of Elizabeth St., Pembroke, dearly loved wife of the late Wallace “Wally” Hoffman.  Dear mother of Heather Barry, Pembroke.  Gramma “Doodle” to Kira Barry (fiancé Christopher McCulloch), Hamilton.  Daughter of the late Max and Lenora “Nora” Scheuneman.  Sister of Margaret Sell (late Herb Jr.), Rankin.  Predeceased by brothers Gerry, Walter (late Marina) & Clarence (Nelda) and sister Ruth Clarke (late Murray).  Dear friend of Ralph Barry, Brampton.  Aunt Edna is survived by several nieces and nephews. 

Resting at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Wednesday, November 11, 2020 from 2 to 4:00 p.m.  A Funeral Service will be held at St. John’s Lutheran Church, Pembroke on Thursday at 2:00 p.m.  Interment in St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery.  DUE TO THE CURRENT RESTRICTIONS REGARDING COVID-19 SET FORTH BY THE BEREAVEMENT AUTHORITY OF ONTARIO, A LIMITED NUMBER OF PEOPLE ARE PERMITTED AT THE VISITATION, FUNERAL SERVICE AND CEMETERY. Please call the funeral home at 613-732-3637 if you wish to attend, and an appointment will be arranged.  FACE MASKS OR COVERINGS ARE REQUIRED.  You are welcome to bring your own face mask or one will be supplied to you upon arrival.
