SCHMIDT, Edith Louise Amanda Passed away peacefully at her home in The Villa Retirement Residence on Thursday, March 2nd, 2006 in her 96th year. Edith Schmidt (nee Schultz) of Pembroke wife of the late Edwin Schmidt (1991). Sister to Dorothy Laderoute and Gladys Hastie, both of Oakville. Survived by nephews Barry Heubner; Douglas; Doug Schultz (wife Dwyla) & Gary Hastie; nieces Elizabeth Schultz; Carol McIlmoyle (husband Bill); Gayle Etherington; Nancy Brown and great-niece Zena McIlmoyle. Resting at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Sunday from 2 until 4:00 and 7 until 9:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Monday, March 6th, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. followed by cremation.
