PAPPIN, Dorothy Annie (Doris) Suddenly and peacefully after a long illness at her home on Monday August 16, 2004 at the age of 85 years. Doris Pappin of 104 Rankin Street, Pembroke, dearly loved wife of 65 years to Don Pappin. Dear mother of Beverley Brown (husband Donnie), Pembroke; and Joan Carey (husband late Maurice), Ajax. Predeceased by son Brian Pappin. Mother-in-law to Alana Pappin, Whitby. Nanny Pappin to Keith Brown (wife Kim), Michael Brown (wife Crystal) and David Brown; Julie Mitchell (husband Kevin), Jeffrey Carey and Jason Carey; Shawn Pappin (wife Jamie), and Tricia Iskric (husband Michael); and great grandchildren Nicholas, Mitchell, Andrew; Allison, Joshua, Brooke, Rayden and Declan. Daughter of the late Cornellius and Elizabeth Haley (nee Lavioulette). Predeceased by brother Charles Haley. Respecting Doris' wishes, there will be no visitation. Cremation. A Private Family Service will be held later. Interment of Doris' cremated remains will be in Wesley United Cemetery, Pembroke.
