Donna Higson

Passed away at her home on Wednesday, September 10, 2025 at the age of 72 years.

Donna Higson of Pembroke, mother of Shane Normey (Marilyn). Grandmother of Joshua, Andrew, Malichai and the late Evelyn. Daughter of the late Christina Higson (nee Chartrand) and the late Robert Higson. Sister of Ramona Jawort (Kevin), JoAnn Higson-Chartrand, Brenda Hewer (Mike), Danny Higson, Brad Higson (Karen) and the late Penny Higson (Larry). Aunt to Jamie, Stephen, Lisa, and Tara. Lovingly remembered and will be missed by Chris McEwen, Debbie Deslaurier, and Carole Chartrand.

Visitation will be held at Emmanuel Lighthouse United Pentecostal Church, 1787 Petawawa Blvd., on Wednesday, September 17, 2025 from 10:00 – 11:45 a.m. with the Funeral Service beginning at 12:00 p.m. followed by fellowship & refreshments. Interment in Our Lady of the Snows Roman Catholic Cemetery, Stone Cliffe. As an expression of sympathy, donations to Emmanual Lighthouse United Pentecostal Church, Renfrew County SPCA or the Ottawa Cancer Foundation would be appreciated.
