Donald Peever

Passed away at the Pembroke Regional Hospital holding the hand of his beloved daughter on Friday, December 26, 2025 at the age of 71 years.

Donald Peever of Pembroke, soulmate of the late Arline Peever (nee Flint). Father of Lisa Johnstone (Cory) and the late Tracy Chalmers. Grampy Don to Jade Johnstone and Darrin Chalmers. Son of the late James and the late Helen Peever (nee Brooke). Survived by brother Douglas Peever, Nepean; sister Donna Hayes, Winnipeg, MB; and sister-in-law MaryAnn Peever, Pembroke. Predeceased by brothers Darrell and David Peever. Donny will be lovingly remembered by nieces, nephews, friends, neighbours, the Calvin United Church family and many Air Cadets he met over his several years of dedicated service.

A Memorial Service will be held at Calvin United Church, Pembroke on Monday, May 18, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. Interment in Calvin United Cemetery. In fitting with it also being Don’s birthday, a Celebration of Life will follow. As an expression of sympathy, donations to Calvin United Church or Parkinsons Canada would be appreciated.
