Charles "Chuck" Peter Morrison Mitchell

Passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Monday, November 13, 2023 in Ottawa, Ontario.  

Chuck Mitchell, formerly of Oceola/Cobden and Ottawa, dearly loved father of Melanie Mitchell (feline friend River); Ryan Mitchell (wife Karen); Stephanie Mitchell (husband Denis Dion), all of Ottawa. Grandfather to Evan, Cameron, Adam, Michael & Mathieu. Great-grandfather to Malaki and Grace.Predeceased by parents Dr. Robert Morrison Mitchell & Jessie Claire Mitchell (nee Williams) and his children's mother Connie McCormick. Survived by brother Terrence "Terry" Mitchell and numerous extended family members.

Memorial Visitation will be held at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St. Pembroke on Saturday, November 18, 2023 from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m.  A private family memorial service will take place.  Inurnment at Beechwood Cemetery at a later date. As an expression of sympathy, donations to Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
