Ann Jackson

Ann Jackson (nee Crigger) - passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with cancer, with her loving family by her side at the Ottawa General Hospital on Monday, September 21, 2026 at the age of 65 years.

Ann Louise Jackson of Pembroke, beloved wife of Rick Jackson of 44 years, adoring mother to Kristy (Dmitriy) and Mallory (Frank), and cherished "Grammie" to Ben & Liam. Dear sister of Beudis (Doug) Buder, Kenneth Crigger, Lloyd (Linda) Crigger, Ronald (Kate) Crigger, and Robert (Susan) Crigger. Sister-in-law of Randy and Heather Jackson. Survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins, and adored by her close friends, including the "Golden Girls". Predeceased by parents Harvey & Nettie Crigger (nee Eggert).

Ann was a beautiful soul who brought light and joy to everyone around her. She will be remembered for her infectious smile, kind heart, and the warmth she shared so freely with others. Ann was selfless, patient, and deeply caring, always cherishing her family and friends.

She will be forever missed and lovingly remembered. Rest in peace, sweet Annie.

Visitation will be held at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Monday, September 28 from 2:00 – 4:00 & 7:00 –9:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at Zion Lutheran Church, 454 Miller St., Pembroke on Tuesday, September 29 at 11:00 a.m. Interment in Zion Lutheran Cemetery, Boundary Rd. A reception will follow in the parish hall. As an expression of sympathy, donations designated to breast cancer research at the Canadian Cancer Society are appreciated.
